Like most laydees I am quite partial to abit of the sweet and creamy stuff every now and again,After making a devils food cake (my cake top left) this week I have had chocolate on the brain and  this board is an inspiring autumnal mix of chocolate and ivory, It is so opulant and plush I love it!

This theme is so much fun! I love the idea of character favours like the sonic biscuits and knitted Pacmen!, The candle joysticks also make great table centre pieces!,...And there is always the famous Mario cake!

The computer key cuff links are also a favourite as is the geek necklace...you could have so much fun with this theme and the possibilities are endless! The iconic Atari logo could be tweeked to be your wedding logo/ invitations?

I have been trying to build a family tree on Kindo for my girls and it gave me an idea for an inspiration board.

 Encouraging Family involvment is a traditional that seems to have lapsed!

Handmade favours are great! There are so many ways of incorporating family skills, i.e: a Gran that knits, an Aunt who bakes,a Sister who is good with flowers, a musical (not literally!) Cousin - You get the idea!

Just because stuff is Hand made It doesn't have to be shoddy!

 So long as you are clear on your colour scheme / theme. It would also help to supply patterns for sewn or knitted favours, and maybe help choose or supply the materials (There are many sewing and knitting websites with free patterns {refer to my link list}) 

People will be thrilled to help, just make sure you give them plenty of notice and be brave enought to ask! - Alot of the time people are too scared to offer!

 The inspiration for this board came from a vintage fun fair in Wales, I love the idea of red and white stripes and a Helter Skelter theme, The font often associated with fun fairs and circus' would be a fabulous accent to stationary and toffee apples and popcorn are super cheap favours!

The pink pumps I love in Faith, the Pink Caddy I always hoped to arrive at my own wedding in,  I have also been seeing alot of skull and Crossbones around and think they add interest as a theme, Fushia pink works so well as it is such a strong colour it is almost a theme in itself and the most glorious pink

chignon - as a hairdresser I know how hard these are to perfect so to get it so stunning and ...well, pink was pretty awesome! 

After camping this weekend with the kids ( instead of mooshing at Reading fastival - where any other sane 26 year old should be!) I was thinking how cool it would be to host your own festival...And then BAM! 'Wedstock' was born!

 Hire some land, have your band play outside, get yout guests to camp and have a Jolly old time! Forget the formalilties have a P.A.R.T.Y, use the concert ticket invites below available from Etsy, get Rsvps printed in the style of back stage passes, ask your guests to bring their wellies and rock the night away, Most Caterers have outside bar services and a hog roast would be the prefect ending! There are some fab camping and tent sets availble in Millets!

Inspired by the outdoors in autumn, Crisp Apples, reds, auburns, and Greens, I think this classic theme has a classy edge!

 I like the deer heads too - no deer were hurt in the making of this board! The sash on the brides dress below is gorgeous I love the big green bow accent a great way to incorporate your colour palette and theme.

Of course Apples and Cider are a must for any outdoors event in autumn!
